Yosemite Firefall

Early Season Photographs of the Horsetail Falls + Other Regional Waterfalls

The Phenomenon, called the Firefall, occurs during sunset at Yosemite at around 5:15 – 5:30 pm in mid-late February when the golden sun hits the Horsetail falls at just the right angle to color it a brilliant orange.
